Theme & Plugin Translation

This page describes how to translate any of our themes or plugins.

Whether any theme or plugin of ours has already been translated into your language or not, you can always override any translatable strings within our products using the apps and processes described below.

Translating themes and plugins

There are several apps and plugins that can help you translate our products into your language. We currently recommend the awesome Loco Translate plugin straight from wp.org or using Poedit available for Mac, Windows and Linux.

With Loco Translate, all you have to do is install within your WordPress powered site and use it to translate our product. However, apps like Poedit create “po” and “mo” files. These files will have to be dropped inside the WordPress language directory. Click the following links to learn more about translating themes and plugins using po/mo files.
